DISARMAMENT
NOT WARRANTED BY INTERNATIONAL SITUATION PRESIDENT HARDING’S VIEWS (By Telegraph-Press Assoeiatton-Oopyrlghl Washington, April 6. President Harding informed a delegation from the Women’s Peace Party that the present international situation did not permit of any move toward disarmament on the part of the United States.
