(Rec. April 8, 0.20 nun.) Sydney, April 7. At the.trial of Mrs. Mort, charged with the murder of Dr. Tozer on December 21, the prosecution alleged that while in custody the accused confessed to killing Tozer. A plea of insanity was entered.—Press Assn. [Dr. Tozer, who had been called to see Mre. Mort at Lindfield, was subsequently found dead in the room, shot through the head, and with a revolver on his thigh Mr 4 Mort had been shot in the breast, anl her recovery was very slow.] ■
