A MINER’S DEATH
THROWS HIMSELF THROUGH HOTEL WINDOW.

At an inquest in connection with the death of Frank M'Atavey, an Otira miner, a verdict was returned that death was the result of injuries received through his wilfully precipitating himself through a window in the New Zealand Hotel.
