GREAT SUCCESS IN LONDON.

(Rec. April 1, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 1.

Warriors* day was a big success, all the Vheatres being crowded. It is expected that Lord Haig’s fund will benefit to the extent of £200,000. Over a thousand amateur dramatic performances were' and two thousand kinema performances will bo given on Sunday. Their Majesties the King and Queen attended a performance at the Windsor Theatre. The Prince of Wales had a great reception nt the London Hippodrome, and- other members of the Royal Family elsewhere. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
