From May 1 the Marconi Wireless Company, by ni rangement with the Peruvian Government, has acquired the right for twenty-five years to operate the whole postal, telegraphic, and wireless services of Pefu, Peru receiving five iper cent, of the gross receipts and 50 per cent, of the annual profits.—Aus.-N.Z.
