FIRE IN WILLIS STREET

Just after 12.30 p.m. yesterday the Fire Brigade received a call to the threestoried brick and iron building in Willis Street owned by Messrs. E. C. Browne and Co.. Ltd., outfitters. A. fire had started in tho roof, presumably being caused by sparks from an adjoining chimney. The roof was slightly damage ed. Some damage was done by water to the contents of tho building. The odcupieTß are E. C. Browne and Co., Bartlett and Andrews (photographers), and Mr. L. Hayward (dentist).
