EXTENSION OF MONGOLIAN RAILWAY.

Tokio, March 17. . Work will commence on April 1 on the extension of the railway connecting the South Manchurian and the Mongolian border. The construction is to reach Taonan, in inner Mongolia. A loan from the Manchurian Railway to the Chinese Ministry makes the work possible.—Reuter.
