Auckland, March 11. Mr. Justice Cooper dismissed, witii costs an appeal from Hamilton, t'be effect being to 'hold it illegal for a restaurant proprietor to hire his restaurant to anybody for a social gathering at which liquor is consumed at a rima when licensed premises are required by law to bo closed.
