RIGHTS EXISTING AFTER DEATH
The intricacies of the law relative to tenancies, and, more especially, tho differences between the law in force in New Zealand and that in England, were further discussed in the S.M. Court yesterday before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.. during the hearing of an action in which Martin James Kilgour (Mr. O. C. Mazengarb) claimed against the Public b l ' ,,s ' tee as administrator, of tno estate ot William J. Jackson, deceased (Mr. P. B.
