Importers of bulbs, whether in a commercial or private way, should advise their shippers that the regulations requiring each consignment of bulbs to be covered by a freedom-of-disease ceitihcute, temporarily relaxed during the wai period owing to the disorganisation ot the mails, will bo strictly enforced with respect to all consignments entering New Zealand after June 30 next In order to avoid later difficulties in this direction, importers are further advised to enclose with each order a certificate form, copies of which may be had on application to tho Director of Horticulture Division, Department of Agricul- ‘ ture, Wellington.
