(Reo. March 13, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 11. The King, the Prince cf Wales, and the Duke of York attended a military meeting at Sundown. The Prince of Wales, despite a strenuous three days in Glasgow, broke his journey to inspect his horses, which are trained at Bletchley, and after a series of morning gallops motored to Sandown. The saddest man at Sandown to-day is a racecard seller who sold a card to the Prince of Wales for 2s. without recognising him. When told who his patron whs the man searched his pockets feverishly. He found' half-a-dozen florins, but was unable to Identify the Prince’s coin, which he detired to retain es a souvenir.— (We Aeen.
