QUARTER OF A MILLION PEOPLE KILLED. Shanghai, March 4. Reports from Kansu, in the Shensi province, state that renewed earthquakes killed 12,000 people, making the total death-roll 250,000 in thirty days.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Aren.
