GERMAN OFFICERS TO BE TRIED AT LEIPZIG.

Sir George Howart (Attorney-General) in the House of Commons, in reply to a question, said he had had an interview with the German representatives respecting the trial of seven German officers at Leipzig. It was hoped the trial would begin a month hence. It was proposed to have British representatives present. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
