A. C. Sumner, a cripnled man who had been discharged from Trenthnm Military Hospital, fell down a staircase to llm ground nt the Empire Hotel yesterday Fie was removed to the hospital, where it was found that Ixtth thighs wer» fractured. Ho died from shock.
