FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M- YESTERDAY. Present ind'eationa are for strong and squally southerly winds and change able weather generally, with passing showers. Barometer rise everywhere soon. Pressure has been very unsteady in the south, and strong westerly and winds have predominated. A soutlil.riy gale and heavy showers were experienced in many parts during Saturday night, but fair to cloudy weather has ruled since Sundtfr. D 0 BATES, Director. Meteorological Office.
