FIRE
The Fire Brigade received' a call at eight minutes after G p.m. yesterday from 99 Lambton Quay. The fire was in premises occupied by the Dominion Rubber Company, the occupier being Percy P. Helmling. A lighted match had been thrown among some refuse, but the fire did not. assume serious proportions. A quantity of old tyres was burned The building was insured in the South British office for £5600 and the contents in the New Zealand office for £l3OO.
