COMMITTEE TO MEET ON FEB. 23.

The date of meeting of the committee that is to adjudicate in the Blackball dispute has been- fixed definitely for February 23. The Kaitangnta men have now resumed work, but the week that, under the new agreement, is to elapse after the resumption of normal operations before the committee meets will not be completed until the beginning of next week.

The task of the committee is to decide whether or not the man Henderson was justly dismissed from the Blackball mine for using bad language to a deputy. The committee will go to Blackball to take evidence.
