THREE CHILDREN BURNED
FIRE AT OHINEMUTU OUTBREAK OF MYSTERIOUS ORIGIN By Telegraph—Preet Aetociatlon. Rotorua, January 21 There was a disastrous fire last night at Ohinemutu, Rotorua. A rouse of four rooms yvas destroyed, and three children, ten, eight, and six. years, l ist their lives. The father, Ui'a Alakai, is dead, and the mother married again. The woman’s sister, aged tw.-idy, was in charge. She left the clrldren in bed. and went to the pictures. Nobody seemed to know the children were inside. One body’ was found under I 1 e bed. The origin of the fire is a myvtery. There is no insurance.
