LADY CHAMPION AT NAPIER. By Talegraph—Freis Association. Napier, January 14. Miss Ethelda Bleibtrey, the champion Indy swimmer, appeared at a carnival in Napier to-nighl. In the 50yds invitation race, Miss Bleibtrey failed in an attempt to lower her own world’s record of 29sec,, covering the distance in 29 3-ssec. She also gave exhibitions of various strokes and diving.
