FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong northear.t to south-east winds northward of Kawhla and East Cape and northwesterlies to south-westerlies elsewhere. Weather cloudy to overcast, with rain " probable eenerally. Barometer unsteady. rising and falling attain for a
short time in the- south. Two disturbances, one centred to the north and the other to the south, ha e somewhat neutralrsed each other.
