RESTRICTIONS OK CHILD LABOUR. Simla, December 20. The Government will amend the Indian Factories Act in the first session of the new councils to give effect to the suggestions of the Washington Labour Conference, especially regarding tlio age of children employed as half-time workers, and the lowor and upper age limit of children employed in factories—Router.
