The order was made toy Mr. M'Cnrt'hy, S.M., 011 application by ! defendants counsel undcd section 9 of tlte Offenders Probation Act,' 1920, which provides: If any person accused of an offence withijl the meaning of the Act ha£ not previously been convicted of any, offence, rue Court may prohibit publication of his name in nny report or account of the trial."
