The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on their Pahlatua Bale held on Tuesday. We had a small eutry of cattle. There was a small, attendance and poor competition. At Te Horo, on Wednesday, there was a. fair demand. Dry oweß made 255. Newton King,- Ltd,, report:—At Urenui, on December 6, the yarding comprised both sheep and cattle. Sheep met with little demand at the hammer, but the whole of the yarding was eventually . cleared. Late rates ruled for cattle, practically tho whole yarding sold.
