SURRENDER OP FORTRESSES AND ARMS. Paris, December 10. The Foreign Office, lias received a tela(Tram from Tiflis stating' that a peace treatv between the Kenialists and the Armenians has been signed at Alciandropol. The Armenians retain Erivan and like Golcha. but will surrender the fortresses of Kars and Alcxaudropol, and also practically all their arms and ammunition.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
