LAWLESSNESS AT INDIAN ELECTIONS
DELHI PROCLAIMED A SEDITIOUS AREA. Simla, December 10. The lawlessness at the elections caused Delhi to bo proclaimed a seditious area, and measures are being taken to restore order. Leaders of the so-called volunteers, a semi-military organisation of tho Non-Co-operators, wero arrested, and various corps wero disbanded. _ At Lahore, attacks on the polling stations continue, and crowds parade the streets singing seditious songs. In certain districts vho mob is in control of the streets, and voting is impossible.—Aus.-N.S. Cable Assn.
