, , '■ »— — ■ FSRECASTANS SUMMART AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for increasing northerly ivinds and dull and misty weather, with much rain generally. A Blow-moving' disturbance from the westward Is now enveloping the Dominion, and the barometer is likely to fall everywhere. Atmospheric pressuro has remained below normal and unsteady ia tlie south, and strong and squally northerly winds have predominated. Kain has fallen, on the West Coast and the' southernmost districts of the South Island, and in the far north, but elsewhere the weather has been fair, though cloudy at times. D, 0. BATES, ■ Director.
