FRENCH AVIATION PLANS
An aerial service between Paris and Strasburg was inaugurated '.on Sep.tcm-ber-20. . A.n aeroplane will leave Paris on Mondays. Thursdays, and Saturdays, the journey taking two and a half hours. A dai% service will be organised if it is warranted by the amount' of traffic. A lino between Strasbourg and Prague was to have been opened the following week, and one between Prague and Warsaw in the middle of October, provided the services were facilitated by the Germans, who have at present sequestrated ! the material sent for this purpose. Next year a Paris-Constantinople line will be opened, a complete agreement having hee.n arrived -at with Turkey and Rumania. : Negotiations are now being conducted with the Jugo-Slavs and Aus-' trinn Governments with a view to securing for Franco the -taowSpoly of aerial I communications in these two countries.
