Tho Petrograd Press announces that Petlurn's Ukrajflian army has becil totally dispersed. There wero 12,000 men, 35 guns, and three armoured trains among the captured. . . A Bolshevik communique shows that Balakhovitch is equally in rough waters, and has lost 120 officers, 1500 men, and much military booty—Router. SEMENOFF PEACHES VLADIVOSTOK. (Rec.
