In connection with the State dental scheme, the Wanganui branch of the Dental Association denies tho statement that the duties of tho nurses will bo confined to the very limited field of the treatment of infants',deciduous teeth up to tho age of six years, arid to preventive methods. They state- that Mr. Hunter, when in conference with them on October 4, said, in answer to questions, that the nurses would treat mxtli-ycar molars (permanent teeth).
