»——- ; PREMIER TO NEGOTIATE WITH ALLIED GOVERNMENTS. . Athens, November 24. The Government Press announces that M. Rallis, Premier, intends to visit the Allied capitals to open direct negotiations with the Allied Governments regarding the situation. It is also stated that, in order to prove the sincerity of its feeling towards the Entente, the Greek Government is roady to give any guarantees that may he demanded.—lleuler.
