JOHN M'CORMACK IN LONDON
■ —* . (Rec. November 19, 8 p.m.) London, November 18. Mr. John M'Cormack, the singer, has arrived here. Ho is still lame, as a result of an accident aboard the Nal><ua. H« refused to discuss his refusal to sing t)iio National Anthem, and stated that ho would' not be foree<l to sing it by anyone, though ho had sung it elsewhere. Mr. M'Cormack added: "I was not welcome in Australia, so I camo away."—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
