Bermnn, manager of the Whitechapel branch of Lloyds Bank' was charged with a customer, Jacob Prager, in being concerned jointly in forging an acceptance bill -for .£9lO. Tho prosecution stated that die prisoners admitted_ similar forgeries, involving a total of .245,000.—Au5.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
