WAZIRIS FAIL TO SUBMIT
BRITISH COLUMN ADVANCES. (Rec. November 17, 5.5 p.m.) Delhi, November 16. Official.—The Wana Waziri tribesmen having failed to submit-by Noveinber 10 the time limit fixed for acceptance of the British'- terms,! a British column thereupon advanced from Chargalai on November 12, and occupied Shahurtangi unopposed. The Waziris are collecting at Surwakai, and I show no signs of accepting tho terms. Small factions of Mahsuds are assisting the Waziris, but the great bulk are friendly ib the British—Reuter.
