Informal, 22. Messrs. Canhani, Cousins, Gould, and Trjm will contest a second ballot for the appointment of two moro delegates. Mr. J. Smart acted as-jieturn-ing officer, and Messrs. L. Brough'and It. J.. Seal' as scrutineers.
