AN OLD MAN MISSING
Br • Teleeraih—Pr««« Aisoclatlm. • Taumarunui, November 12. An old man, Frederick Edwin Bedford, has been missing since Wednesday.' For ■the past week he had been staying with Mr. Jensen, senior, at Taumarunui, and his wife was in Hamilton visiting her daughter. The missing man was seen on Wednesday evening making along thn railway line in'the direction of Taring,'l- - As this is near the Ongaruo River, the police surmise that lie lia« fallen into the water. Search parties are out, but bo far there is no trace.
