Tho following resolutions wore also passed:— "That the Government bo asked for a £ for £ subsidy in all ' Boy Scout C ""Tlmt the oouncil be recommended to appoint chief instructors for tho North and South Islands, such instructors to act os organisers and trainers of comP '"That Ri- r William Macartney, life Overseas Commissioner, bo asked to visit New Zealand." "That tho next annual meeting be held at Wellington."
