Welter-weight—Rawson (Stratford) bent Lniul (New Plymouth). Professional middleweight contest for a ptirso of 120 sovs—L. Cadman (Auckland) beat Mike Dempsey comfortably on points. Br Tcleernph—Preps Association Wanganui, Noveniber 12. Jack Jannessc (Australia) met H. Gitnn (Timaru) to-night for a purse of jC'2OO. Tho contest went the full fifteen rounds and the result was a draw. The contest was a fine one, being fast and clean throughout. '
