ATTACKS ON CONSTABULARY

UNPRECEDENTED REPRISALS THREATENED

London, November 2. There have been further reprisals at 'J'ralee: Uniformed men fired through the streets, and one man was killed and several wounded. Notices posted at I'ralee state that, unless two policemen who are. in Sinn Fein custody are released this morning, reprisals unprecedented in Ireland will occur in Tralee.

It is reported that the bodies of two missing men have been found in a field 1 outside the town riddled with bullets. The inhabitants, expecting a night of terror, are fleeing, snops ;iro shuttered, and filio streets are desorted.

One hundred and twenty men ambushed a police patrol at Carrick-on-Shanr.on, and one was killed and tlweo Wounded. The remainder and the lorry were captured.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
