MAJORITY OP DISTRICTS VOTE NO CHANGE. London,- November 2. There is great interest, in Glasgow in tho local option polling, which takes place .to-day. (Rec. Novembor 3, 11.10 p.m.) London, November 3. The first returns of the polling in Scotland show that about Sone in four favour the abolition of licenses.
