Allegations of adultery were mads against Ernest Frank Andrews, secretary of the Auckland Returned Soldiers Association, by his wife,, Mary Andrew's, who petitioned for divorce at the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Cooper ■ The petition stated that _tko parties were married at tho Methodi6t Church# Avondale, in 1809, and thoy afterwards lived in Auckland, Wellington, st.on North, and again m Auckland. There were two children, boys, one 10 years old and the other S. It was alleged inat on October 7, 1910, and otlier dates between March 1, 1916, and February, 1918, respondent committed adultery with a eortain woman. in« defencQ was ft denial of the allegations.
