COAL MINES AMENDMENT
The Hon. E. Mitchelson yesterday gaw notice in the Council of an amendment to the Coal Mines Amendment B.ill. Jfr. Mitchelson proposes that the three years experience in underground coal mining required of a miner before he may bo put in charge of any place in a mine sball be altered to two years' experience.
