A message from Bagdad dated October 19 states: Tho garrison at Ivufa consisted of 513 men, of the 108 th Infantry. During the siege the 108 th had nine men killed; two missing, and seventeen wounded. The relieving force yesterday had eleven casualties. Our troops, esspecially the cavalry, inflicted heavy casualties on tho insurgents.
