The Wellington Amateur PholOßraphie Socieiy has been fortunate, tkrouch the courtesy of Mr. A. B. Hurst, of Napier, in Becurinc for the last two days of tucir pictorial exhibition in tho Y.Jr.C.A. Assembly Hall a collection of twelve excellent examples of the work of Mr. Fred. Judpo. Hastings, England, the well-known exhibitor. Tho photographs are specimens of the oil transfer process, and comprise euoh subjects as "The Binoky Tvno," "St. Paul's from Banks Side." "A Leeds Foree," "Trawlers," "Flour Mills, Hull," "The Fishing Fleet," etc. They are all excellent examples of the best"in pictorial photosrauhv, tho majority of tho prints shown having been actually exhibited at tho-Paris Salon.
