By Telojrrapji-Preßß Asjociatlon-OopyrteM
London, October a. The "Evening Standard" publishes a document brought from Lenin by Sylvia Pankhurat, giving tho conditions on which revolutionary groups formed in Britain would bo admitted to tho Third Internationale. Lenin urges that the Communists should . systematically remove modem to leaders from all responsible positions in Labour organisations «n(l~T(!pIaoo them by Communisls. Systematic propagandi should bo carried out in the Army and among rural workers. This is a most vital condition to membership of the Internationale. The Communist Party must possess iron discipline, even military discipline. A few .obscure Communist groups in London, Glasgow, Birmingham, and Sheffield have accepted Lenin's condi-tions.—Aus.-N.Z.
