The French Government three years ago attempted to'drown the Russian.revolution, in a flood of blood, and now recognised the criminal Tsarist General Wrangel. Many French troops mv in Constantinople waiting for the moment to advance against Russia and Ukraine. Apparently the famous guerilla leader, who has already advanced to Losovaja. Slavianik, and Kramagorskaja in the Doneta Basin, ban reached Krementchong, on tho Dnieper. The movement prepares tho way for & big Wrangel advance, as tho capture of Losovaja and Slaviansk cuts tho Bolshevik main communications from their big baso at Kharkoff to the Rostoff area whilo Ekatrinoslav is menaced from the rear. Wrangel announces that elevon thousand prisoners have been counted In the Voluovalka. area, and ho has reaohod a point nineteen miles west of, Mario, pol, taking 1600 prisoner.
