At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Ladies' Golf Union, after discussion of the financial position which had resulted from the increased prices for trophies, printing aid stationery, it was dec'ided to make the subscription of clubs one guinea, two guineas, and three guineas, according to membership, for the ensuing season, the position to bo again reviowed at the next annual meeting, The question of continuing competitive play through the summer was postponed it being pointed out that • clubs could, in" the meantime, arrange summer play to suit their own local conditions. It was decided that the 3921 champ'onship be held at Heretaunga. The question of mailing tho championship open to all, without residential qualification, was referred' to the next annual meeting. Miss K. Eattruy was re-elected piesident. WELLINGTON CLUB. The annual bogey competition for tlio Victoria Oup was played at Heretaunga on Saturday, and resulted aa under:—P. B. Cooke, handicap 5, 5 up; J. B. Parker, handicap 7, 2. up; E. 0. Chesney, handicap 2, 2 down; H. C. Leeae, handicap 5, 2 down; W. A. Kennedy, handicap 9, 2 down; 0. M. Turrcll, handicap 11, 2 down.
