London, September 30. Mr. A. Fisher and Sir Timothy Coghlan have. fallen into line with tho majority of tho Agente-Goneral, who decided unanimously at a meeting to-day to request Colonel Arnery, Under-Secre-tory for the Colonies, to preside at a dimior to tho Prince of Wales. It was decided also to encourage no speeches and invite no guests outside officials.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
