The National Citizens' Council, which is in charge of tl«> local voto campaign In Scotland, professes to bo quito satisfied regarding tho results of its propaganda, particularly tho fact that polls are assured in all tho important centres of tho oountry, the percentages of voters varying from tho requisite 10 poi cent, to SI per ccnt. Tho Scots newspapers aro flooded with advertisements and correspondence regarding local veto. The poli takes placo on the same day as tho Scots municipal elections, which will ensure a large poll.
