Commander-in-Chief of tho army, at the Black Sea) Liout.-Goneral Sir Philip Chetwodc succeeds Sir diaries Barington as DeputyChief of the Imperial Staff; Liout.-Gen-oral Sir Alexander Godley succeeds Sir Philip Chctwodo as Military Secretary to the Secretary of State for War—Reuter.
