WAR TROPHIES

♦ DISTRIBUTION TO BE COMMENCED. ' Officers commanding the four military districts in the Dominion have been instructed to call together the war trophies committees set up in their districts to pm.. ce.?d with the final allocation of trophies. The decisions of the committees regarding the detailed allocation will l)e forwarded to General Headquarters, showing in full the addresses to which .it is decided each trophy, shall 'be sent, after which the Director of Ordnance Services will, arrance for the forwarding, •of the trophies. The cost of freight from stores to final destination will be charged to-fa) Defence Department (War Expenses) for all tropliiies captured and claimed by units, (b) Department of Internal Affairs, for all trophies allocated from the general list.
